My tri colour parrots have been sitting for three weeks now and the last couple of days have been eating mealworms faster than I can provide them.
Today I couldn't resist and had a look in the nest and there is movement.
This is the first time I've bred this species so I'm scared to look anymore for a head count.
Can anyone advise me how resilliant tri coloured parrot finches are to nest inspections.

Try to resist the temptation . . I know its hard, because I was a serial offender :silent: . . does more harm than good, long term

I found mine to tolerate high level nest inspections. The photos (yes it is a tri-coloured) show my level of inspection, across all pairs of my tri parroties. Admittedly though I had bred a few before I "risked" it.
