Was up at dads on the weekend sorting thru some of his birds and had to go over to an old fellas place he helps and was catching up pairs of Red-faced Stars for him and a odd looking Star landed on the perch in front of us. Before I even said anything dad piped up and said "is that a Pied Star?" well I caught it asked the owners if I could take it home with a possible Normal cock to try it out? Answer was yes and noticed 2 or 3 other Pied hens which they were not willing to part with. They don't want them but wont sell them. So anyway I have my first Pied Red-faced Star to play with this season. Life is good to me at the moment.
Breeding Show Zebra Finches, Blue Gouldians, Pied Orange Breast.
