Assuming the parent birds are not split to anything you should get
Cock birds will be Red/black headed Purple chested Single Factor Yellow . (RH/b PC SFYB) The young cock birds backs wont be as deep green as their father.
Hens will be Black head Purple chest Green (BH PC GB)
If you end up with young having other head/chest/body colours then by working backwards you should be able to work out what splits are in your parent birds.

Ah! So there are more than one pair in the aviary? Or an odd male/female? If this is the case then expect anything!
They can, and will "play away from home given the chance.
Only way to be sure of the parent of a given pair would be to house only the one pair in each aviary.

If young are sired by the RH WC cock bird its not likely that you will know, as the young would be PC/w. Unless the hen is also PC/w your young will be PC regardless of which cockbird sired them.
Only way to get the WC is if the hen is PC/w but even then you cant really be sure as the cockbird you say she is paired with could also be PC/w
Isn't genetics fun!

My guess is the young bird is a white-breasted SF yellow back male. For the body to be that pale he must be a WB, which means the mother is split to WB as well. Either the one you think is the father is also a split WB or the "spare" one is the dad.
