Hi All , I am just getting back into finches again and would like to buy some young birds . Does anyone know or recommend a breeder that I could buy from in the Newcastle - Hunter Valley areas ? red face parrot in particular atm . Also not sure if this forum has a classifieds section as I am a newish member and can't view yet ?

Booty when you get your 5 posts up you will be able to access the Clasified section. Which will allow you to see who is selling what and put your own wanted add up. For the time being suggest looking under peoples avatars at their locations. if you read the articles about the birds you want and a person is answering informatively and lives near you you will then know who to PM once that facility also is available to you. What sort of finches are you interested in?

Thanks for the help Stuart and finchbreeder much appreciated . I am interested and breeding painteds , longtails ,rfpf and orange breasts . I only have a small yard and one small aviary 1.5w x 2.0h x 3.3 long . I don't want to crowd them out and hope this produces better results .Great forum with lots of ideas and knowledge out there . cheers
