Not a bad year. I have fledged 7 young from one pait with my other two pairs appearing problematic.

I rotated the male around and he has put the othet hens down. As they wind down im trying a goldfinch with the red bronze mosaic hen.

Nice birds there !

Mosaics are my favourites along with the rollers.

Very convenient to be able to rotate the cock around too , we don't get that luxury with most species.
