Currently there is a plain canary seed shortage in the east coast.check your local supplier as the new stock coming in will be around $58 for 25 kgs,if its the imported stuff.Mixes will go up to if they have canary seed in them,or they may put less in.I got onto the last canary seed in the area which i thought i paid through the roof for $73 for 40 kgs.when the last lot i got was less then $50 for 40 kg.

its not just the east cost the west coast is having shortage to
and also last month they were also short of red pannicum
at work our seed supplier is out of stock of plain canary too
plus then nutrawing is short too i think but still

then in WA we cant get 40kg bag any more. they can only come in 20kg and 25kg bags due to there were too many workers comp claims from bad backs and that

i hate the 20 or 25 kg bags.they charge you alot extra for the packing and handling.give me a 40 kg anytime.

yeh would rather the 40kgs but when ive got a bad back(juvinile arthritis) and sore shoulder(earps paulsy) its easier with the 20kgs for me to handle. but i woukd rather pay a bit more than having to put up with the pain.

at work last week we got some plain canary in and when we received them the bags had imported in from Canada. and were in 25kg bags instead of normal 20kgs bags. so there is a huge shortage of plain canary
