Hi Team,
I have a solo pair of crimsons in a 1 x 3m aviary. I'm considering putting a pair of elegant parrots in there. How would they fair? I'm actually more worried about the parrots haha

I'm not a fan of mixing species . .
Your aviary sounds the ideal size for a pair of Bloods/ OR a pair of Elegants . . the fact that you say that you are worried, whether you are worried about the finches, or the parrots, should be a bit of a guide . .

If you are ever contemplating to attempt a mix which you have doubts about (whether finches mixed with other species or finches with finches) it would have the best chance of cohesion if all birds are released into the aviary together as young birds.
