ASM and Moxidectin. Gould Hen

A new Gould hen that I treated for ASM still doesn't have her entire voice back? She is 100% healthy, active bird but still can't push out any tunes. She tries and you can only just hear a faint squeaking? I have treated her once and then again in 3 weeks time with Moxidectin. Should this 100% clear the ASM and is her loss of voice related to the ASM? PLEASE NOTE: I dont know the birds history and she hasn't not sung since I got her.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.
