Unable to access site

[NOI7]

Hi there
I have asked for my username to be changed and after that was done, I am unable to log in on my computer. I get a message that the username/password does not exist.

I have tried to create a new account, but can't do that either because of my email address.

I am only able to access the site on my mobile phone because I have not logged out the last time.

Please help.

I have a look at your registration and all seems fine so it must be your end. Have you changed your mobile user name as well as laptop/ computer.?

You'll need to use NOI7 as your username to sign in instead of what you were using previously.
