This Hen i really like the look of. i purchesed her last year from some friends of mine. she had fertile eggs destoyed when vic had the heat wave in Feb, now she has started again with her clutch, currently at 4 eggs.

As a breeder i am trying to produce nice clean red heads in the hens. so over the next for breeding seasons that is one of my aims.

Hi Greg

I find with alot of the red head hens they have Black in their mask. i havent seen many clean face red head gouldians around. there are some hens you will see and you think they are black head but infact red head with heaps of black in the mask.

what about your red head hens? do they have a dirty mask, or are they all clean red heads?
