I started with 3 pair of zebra finches 4 year ago and still have them. They have been wonderful breeders and very good parents. For the last 2 years I have kept Stars, Cordons, Orange Waxbills, Red Parrot Finches in one aviary and in another aviary I keep Painted Finches. I get alot of enjoyment in looking after and watching my finches.
My husband has built me my two aviaries which have trees and grasses growing in them which the finches love.We live near bushland and our backyard is very bushy with lots of native birds visiting.Looking forward to getting lots of advice and hints from your forum.
