That's probably not enough information to give a diagnosis on it could be injury or parasites or disease. How long has the bird had this condition? What is the history of the development of the symptoms (eg is it newly acquired - it may be an injury from a rough capture). Whatever the cause it's best to isolate sick birds in a small quarantine cage to restict movement if it's an injury and to prevent transmission if it's parasites or disease. If you can't narrow it down to treat the condition appropriately it's best to get a more informed opinion from a more experienced aviculturist or veterinarian.

Can you post pics ....how old are these birds ?
Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.

scaly face? sometimes finches get this disease thing, the skin on their face goes rough and scaly, the wings and feet also affected.

Ivermectin, maybe scatt would work if that's what it is.
