Breeding needs for Gouldies

I have got 3 gouldies ( 1 male , 2 female)
Im thinking he is either not interested in either 2 or im not doing something to help with the breeding.
My zebbies have taken the big step and given me eggs but Gouldies just dont seem to pair like the zebbies have.

I have cuttle bone , nests , nesting material and a good seed mix. the daily water change etc.

Ive read greens are good but what do i use?

PLEASE HELP. I WANT BABY GOULDIES!!!!!!! lol

We all want bub's in our nests.Some times it just doesn't happen I remember when I started with Gould's I went through the same thing,I got the sh*ts and chucked them all together in a aviary and away they went.

I had gouldians and zebs in the same aviary when I first got my birds, zebs were breeding madly and gouldians nothing, sold the zebs as they were taking over the aviary, then the gouldians started breeding.

If the hens beak isnt black then she isnt ready to breed. (green bodied gouldians)
I give my birds boiled mashed egg, soaked seed, and Mike Fidlers Complete Soft Food, also I chop up broccoli, peas, carrots (those frozen packs are great) and anything else I have around.

Yep, same deal for me too. Zebs and goulds together and goulds wouldnt breed.
Food wise as blue butterfly said. Other green foods to feed are bok choi, parsley, spinnach (small amounts every now and then) and lebanese cucumber !
If you havnt fed them green food before it does take a while to "train" em into eating it. The zebs should help in that department tho.

best way to teach birds to eat stuff is to borrow or buy a canary. they'll eat anything, and usually if a finch sees a bird eating something, it'll try it too.
