I am trying to change my avatar,

Is there a way it can be made a max size and quaility and still fit the specs? Whenever I upload new ones, it's had to be changed so much it's small and fuzzy.

all I do is crop the picture as much as possible and then shrink it to 120 x 120.
a couple of times I needed to change the picture resolution so that the file size was small enough.
there is no easy way :( mainly trial & error

My method is even simpler ... first up I sit on my pc at the same time other half is on his and then I ask him for instructions on how to do it ...after a few " its not workings " he will come in and do it for me ....simple

My method is similar to Deb's, but involves talking nicely to my daughter when she is home and in the office with me. :D
