The reason that you cannot reply to or send private messages is due to the member group that you are currently part of.
At present you are part of the 'Newly Registered Members Group'. This group does have a few restrictions placed on it.
Such as not being able to reply to or send private messages another restriction is that you are not yet able to view the complete forum, some areas are restricted.
Once you have reached 5 posts these restriction will be removed.
The reason we have these in place is to help combat spam attacks on the forum.
This is all explained in the 'Introductions" area. Under a topic entitled "Newly Registered Members Please Read This".
You only have a couple more posts to make before your restrictions are lifted.
It can help to read some of the posts at the top of the lists in most forum areas, saves a lot of frustration.
If you disagree with the way we have the forum set up feel free to say so.

Like Mick says. If you have questions why not just post them under the topic that seems most appropriate. Members are very good at replying.

Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.
