Something seems to be in the air in my aviary today!!! This morning my O/B and star boys were both wild eyed and not sure whether to concentrate on gathering nesting material or chase each other around the aviary. Think finally my O/B has even decided which of his 3 nests to finish off. My red emblema boy just sitting in the sun while they flew around him. So fingers crossed that something might come of this testosterone surge!

Lot of renovating here in the finchy hilton and parrots are holding up in their nest boxes looks like spring is springing all over the place and if you beleive the old timers best breeding seasons happen after rainy winters .
Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.

What rainy winter? We 've had the driest winter over here in a long time, but have had a couple of showers in the last week or so and another one tonight so perhaps that 's what's revving them up.
