Had to carefully invite back into the pen before trimming her wings. My daughters named her "honey" as in "honey chicken"p.s. also have a baby Painted Firetail thats just left the nest and is hopping around to aviary. Great news!

Just a funny story, not a finch but a chook, we just got a new fledgling chivken to add to the coop. The pecking order was being resorted but all doing fine. Then had neighbor come over and inform me my new chicken was on his shed roof!! Had to carefully invite back into the pen before trimming her wings. My daughters named her "honey" as in "honey chicken"
p.s. also have a baby Painted Firetail thats just left the nest and is hopping around to aviary. Great news!
