is it the same bird? if so it's a halfsider.
I would say either 2 young cocks, or if they're adult a young cock and a very old hen.

actually, from looking at the hint of chestnut flanks on the far side of the second bird, I'm pretty sure that's a halfsider - a bird where one half appears male and the other female. You get it in gouldians sometimes, and if the male/hen are different head colours they look pretty cool!

Cock bird will have cheek patch and flank markings, Hens tear drop only. Unless they are Reds.
Breeding Show Zebra Finches, Blue Gouldians, Pied Orange Breast.

You are good, It is one bird, and it's fully coloured, I did have it in with other zebras but I will pair it of and see if it will breed, I knew it was a halfsider when it started to colour up and then stopped.

It looks more female than male but it may never breed.

You can tell what sex as soon as they start to feather up in the nest , the cocks have white tail bars and the hens are off white.
