Due to my aviery still under construction my birds of late have been getting very limited Sun light. My brother has reptiles and suggested to me that I should invest in a UV light for my birds to help them get extra d3 which sadly their lacking, would this help or be of any assistance at all -bit reluctant to give sulphurd after reading to much can be harmful. If this is a good idea what would be a good watt 45 or 75?

I have installed fluro's in my avaiaries as they do not get enough access to direct sunlight and have found they have been worth the effort and cost....also attached a post I recently started with some useful tips from other members. The reptile supply store I got mine from advised to replace the UV fluro's every 12 months as the UV properties deteriate after that...cheers, Paul
