lost a toe?

hi just wondering if my finch will live it has lost a toe to a owl attack .
is there any 1st aid i need to do

was the end one on the left foot and happend about a week ago,

My understanding is that it is usually the shock that kills the bird after a near miss, and not the injury itself.

Given that it happened a week ago, I think the bird will be fine....they are generally quite resilient.

As said they are resilient , so long as it can perch OK and there's no infection or funky looking scabs then it will be fine.
