I brought the baby finch inside and put it in the chicken incubator. I'm going to try and feed it tomorrow, if that doesn't work im going to watch them and see which ones are attacking.

One of my zebra babies has been attacked by the others (i think they were in the best nesting place) and 2 of the babies died

That's very sad to hear. 
Is your aviary overcrowded because that may be the problem???
