Hello I just started in finch in the last 12 months
I lived in southern part of Victoria with a cold climate and Hoping to breed parrot finches of types

Hi chookman welcome to the forum, another fellow Victorian glad to see, alot of people in Vic breed parrot finches with great success so you should be right.
