outdoor bachelor avairy

Hi everyone,
I'm here seeking a contact with some reputable breeders around the Bathurst, Orange area. I’m also some travelling to Canberra & southern Sydney in the next few months so those areas would be OK too.
I love finches but I rarely see the types I like in the local petshops, and to be honest I prefer to get them straight off the breeder so the whole experience is less stressful to the birds.
For the last 5 years we’ve had a large outdoor bachelor pad with one each of a Cordon Blue, Painted, Cuban, Orange Breasted. They were all bought in pairs but the females must have been older as they died after a couple of years. But the boys were all very happy & healthy living together the last few years.
They all slept together side by side at night like a little fluffy rainbow. Anyhow age caught up with them and now there is just a painted male left and he sleeps in-between the Chinese quail hens at night now. We really miss the little fellas and their lovely singing.
I don’t intend to become a breeder and am thinking of setting up another bachelor group for their colour and song. Would breeders mind selling just males?
Thanks for your time!
