hi folks,

in the first pic, mum and dad redbrow taking some time out for preening.

second, an aviary shot - from left to right, mum and dad again, new yellow star cock with hen in background, two of the four baby redbrows, and a doublebar sitting at the outside of his nest, which is in the right-hand end of the wire cylinder behind him - the redbrows fledged from the left hand side of it!

Great job. Double duty for that nest cylinder, obviously its a great hit with the birds. Did you make it?

thanks for the comments. yes, i make them out of square 12mm wire, about 350mm long and 200 wide. this one's been very popular, and the longtails are using the one 'next door'.
