Here is the greatest form guide for the 'Race That Stops a Nation' . .

If you want a better one you will have to write it yourself

Does this person use a needle and thread to sex his birds? That's what he seems to be holding: a needle in one hand and some thread in the other...

I presume the blindfold is to avoid silly distractions like visual displays and physical condition: important points in racing and sexing birds :)

Actually I had just finished sexing a few Eclectus Parrots using the same needle and thread, but without the blindfold

My mate who owns the birds thinks that I got most of them right

I am thinking of marketing the method . . or has it already been done :problem:

Any advice . .

That's a lot to read, so Arthur, to simplify things, can you just tell us whose going to win?

Hey there, Arthur. Eclectus must be a hard species to start with. If you get 50%, then I'd say well done!

Sam . .

I have few enough friends now . . my wife says it's because of my 'smart-ar$e' attitude . . but it is actually from tipping losers in horse races

The last winner I picked was Pharlap, which the bookmakers put up the odds in red numbers to help me :silent:

PS If its too much to read there are lots of interesting pictures

PPS The suit I am wearing in the picture above is the very same one that I wore for Pharlap's Cup . . they made things to last in those days
