Hello Dano, sorry but my website is not translated into English, is very humble....

the black cheek mutation is recessive and the black face mutation is dominant,
the result does not interest us (100% bf/bc),

With black breast (recessive) the result is 100% grey/bb,bc

the gray is better because leaves no trace of other mutations, 100% gray/bc

but the best is bc X split, 50% bc and 50% gray/bc

anyway in Europe, breed purity X purity but chicks are becoming smaller....

else if you noticed, my black cheek, has the side brown, is a defect to the competition
have to have black too

Sorry for my english

jusdeb I do not understand, you mean my site?

No Dora the Explorer is a very popular cartoon here where Dora ( the main character) teaches the watcher simple words in Spanish ...I have watched it with my grand daughter many times so Hola is very commonly used by the kids....

Thanks Di, yes I figured this out about 2 seconds after hitting the "submit" button - I have a translation button on my browser!! doh!!

Anyway, he has some really good videos on his site that are well worth looking at! The second one I think is like a "spy finch cam". Some of the birds come right up to the camera and have a good old stick beak at it - hilarious.

He also has some very nice finches including lots od Aussies and several species of Whydah oh and Jay's favourites - Blue Caps!
