One of my orange breast hens didnt look right yesterday afternoon ,fluffed up not active.Put some spark in her water.
Put her in my hospital box set at 28.5 degrees.
Woke this morning to find she is much more active,sitting in the corner was an egg.Yes she was egg bound.

Good looking hospital cage .. I'm going to use a digital thermostat like the one you're using .. which will power a heat lamp (like the ones used for reptiles).

Hi Maltesegould,
I use 2 light fittings and globes.I use a 40 watt and a 25 watt globe ,just in case one blows.Be careful using high wattage heat globes unless your globe fittings are made out of ceramic.otherwise they may melt.
