Hi, Into my 7 week of our 3 month trip have got some great photos of birds .Went to a place called Carowine Gorge near Marble Bar WA. Camped there budgies everywhere and star finches flocks of them. This is a photo of a beautiful wedge tail eagle I watched for ages and stars on a branch.

Trouble with the Wedgies is the people who don't know you have to slow for them if you see them on roadkill. Remember a lady from the city couldn't understand why the Wedgie didn't fly faster so as to not go through the windscreen of her nice new 4 wheel drive. Was so hard not to tell her she was a git and should have slowed down.
